Shipping
How shipping works
Because orders are placed by phone, email, or in person rather than through an online checkout, shipping cost and timing are confirmed with you directly when your order is finalized.
Shipping rates
- Orders totaling $50 or more ship free within the contiguous United States.
- Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate, calculated and confirmed at the time of order.
Processing and delivery time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, though exact timing will be shared with you when your order ships.
In-store pickup
You can choose to pick up your order at our Weaverville, NC or Colorado Springs, CO storefront. We'll let you know when it's ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Return window
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, for a refund or exchange.
What can't be returned
- Opened bags of food or treats, for health and safety reasons
- Used bedding, toys, or grooming products
- Special-ordered items, unless defective
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
